Halfway through when watching this video had easily made it into my must-buy list,
plus with Konami and more specifically Kojima Productions,
its just went up to the top games of my wanted list!!!
A must-have game if you own a Wii,
or rather,
a damn good reason to get a Wii.
Made by the guys who did Ninja Gaiden, Team Ninja,
this is seriously one of the best looking and most unique game for a Wii and possibly all next gen consoles so far.
This live action commercial is also pretty cool, and the girl playing Samus Aran, the main character, is rather hawt~ :P
The funny thing is, in the first ever 8-bit Metroid game, you won't know that Samus is a female until you finish the game. Though you can't tell that it's a she just by looking at her coz she's made up of only a few pixels. LOL
Packages costs USD$200. Not sure when it's coming out.

By the looks of the gameplay
it's going to be more fast-paced and less stealthy...
or at least faster than the previous MGS games.
Hence the sentence; Lightning Bolt Action in the title
as compared to the classic Tactical Espionage Action in the previous ones.
Also, the gameplay kinda reminds me of Dead Space.

There's always a new surprise in every trailer released by Kojima
This time it features 3 team members co-op, a boss fight, new weapons and more uber cardboard boxes!
Kojima definitely let his imagination run wild in this new and upcoming MGS
and certainly did as he pleases.
From all the trailers i've seen so far
IMHO, it's more 'fun' in terms of all the wacky card-board actions, the balloon recruitments and insanely awesome weapons compared to MGS4.
Heck there's even a pop music video! :D

Music-wise, IMHO, not as good as Bad Romance
but the video's just as crazy

It's official, Nintendo is done for. Sony's getting its very own Wiimote and Nunchuks and they're calling it the Playstation Move. The video above was first shown at the GDC 2010. Expect lotsa party games heading for the PS3 and your other family members snatching away your precious M-rated game time for themselves. Hooray~

I've made a short list of what i think the future of gaming will be
after following news and rumors of the gaming industry
I've concluded that there will be more and more
- Indie games (eg. Braid)
- Mini/Casual games (Tower Defense games/matching blocks/puzzles etc)
- 3D games (eg. Gran Turismo)
- DLC (Downloadable contents, almost every next gen console games)
- Digital distribution (eg. PSPgo games)
- User customization (eg. Little Big Planet, ModNation Racer, Army of Two)
- Playing games without using a controller (Wiimote, Natal of X-box, PS3's motion controller )

Red Steel 2

The game is a first-person shooter (FPS) where it allows the player to wield guns and
swords. The mechanics used for the sword is pretty cool, its almost as if you're really

Braid
Its a flash-based puzzle indie game which is basically a piece of art drawn one after another, graphically pretty. Game-wise, its got this Super Mario-ish feel, saving the princess, a castle at the end of each level and stomp on monster to kill them.
But a cool thing they implemented into the game is a 'reverse time' feature where if you die you can just reverse the time to prevent that death by holding down 'Shift' key, yea just like Prince of Persia.
So basically you can't die but the puzzles are quite challenging.

Im not even sure what genre is this...i think it's an indie RTS coz you get to micro manage and build stuff. The graphic reminds me of Flow, a PSP/PS3 game, very minimalistic but not boring. Since its an RTS, you can expect each level to take quite a while to complete, heck you can even do something else while playing the game (it takes a while to build stuff). Not bad, its the only game im playing at the moment. Partly coz its the only one that runs smoothly on my PC.

Gratuitous Space Battles
This is yet another indie game, yea i know, my PC just love indie game, it doesn't like the mainstream ones. This is a strategy game, not real-time, just build up your force, modify your space ships, deploy and just watch the battle take place. Its kinda like watching an epic Star Wars/Trek space battle.

Just like PS3's Home, Room is for the PSP. Its a social gaming network service developed by SCEJ. Supported features include 3D avatars, room spaces, blogs, albums, and chat. You can invite other PSP owners into your 'Room' and chat in real time. Launch date are still TBA, probably early to mid next year, and that's in Japan. There's still no news about releasing it in the USA or Europe.

wth? all human characters? Boring, i was expecting to see the non-human characters, eg. Panda, Yoshimitsu, JACK, etc. Well at least there's Bryan, and he's half cyborg :D why the heck is Christie even in the movie, was she even in Tekken 1? Usually game-to-movie movies or movie-to-game games are terrible, so im not hoping much outta this... well, at least the characters look more similar to the original ones, unlike the upcoming KoF. Other than the fact that Maggie Q's in the movie, i don't see any other reason to watch it.
Mai is hawt and so is Maggie Q, if only her bewbies were bigger, she was so flat in MI3 -___-" go get a bewbjob

Who the hell is that? Well its Cid! Cid Raines' his name and he's pretty good looking this time. Kinda looks like the protagonist of a typical action/fantasy anime.
No Cell Processor for PS4
Bye bye Cell processor
Japanese sources says that Sony's currently developing a multi-core CPU for its next generation home console, the PS4. Apparently, the Cell processor is a very complex piece of technology, no wonder the pirates have hard times hacking the PS3, even now, game developers are still struggling to master the current Cell processor. Its said that it takes 24 months to create a new console, so don't expect a PS4, x-Box 720 or Wii HD before 2012 or 2013. Considering the arrival time of the next gen consoles, i say its still worth it to buy a PS3. I just hope when they make the PS4, they include a backwards compatibility feature and recklessly included a loophole. Mwahahaha

Recently i've been rather obsessed with the nurses from Silent Hill especially Homecoming. The HD quality graphics really made a difference. Now i can tell they've got perfect bodies and awesome racks. Hallelujah baby, I'd hit it before i change my mind haha. At least im not alone, the guys over at GameTrailers were also hooked. LoL

Diablo/Fate-ish game. Actually its more like Fate than Diablo. Very frickin similar with a few additional features like classes and more skills. Playing this made me more eagerly anticipating Diablo 3.
Talking bout Diablo 3, they've got a Monk class, which is pretty cool, kinda like a character outta Kung Fu Hustle and the Archivist class, a powerful old man with 1Hp if im not mistaken, yea weird huh, coz in every video i saw he died after taking a hit from a zombie haha but my fav would still have to be Wizard and the new Witch Doctor, frickin awesome.
